Zaira Wasim of Dangal and Super Star fame admitted in a long post on Instagram that she has been suffering from depression for the last 4 years. She said she had anxiety attacks, restlessness, too much or no sleep due for which she sometimes took medication. She also mentioned that she was ashamed to admit it because of the stigma attached to it.
