Kangana Ranaut makes her debut at the Cannes festival 2018 in a Sabyasachi saree. She completed the look with a retro hairdo, Sabyasachi batua, and the teenmaniya diamond necklace. The designer said this was a more fashionable version of the ‘akshay–tara’ saree. It is hand-dyed and has hand-cut sequins that are sewn using zardosi technique.
