The US has issued an advisory to its citizens touring India not to visit Kerala because of torrential rains ensued floods and landslides. The advisory said, “Avoid all areas throughout Kerala affected by landslides and flash floods.” Lower regions of the state have been submerged in water after opening the shutters major dams across the state.
