The United Arab Emirates has made its proposed project of sourcing water from icebergs from Antarctica public. The pilot phase of the UAE-Iceberg Project, which costs around 50-60 million, will kick off during the second half of 2019. It is a project of towing icebergs from Antarctica to the UAE coasts during the first quarter of 2020.
