Animals turn nightly to avoid humans: Study

A study published in the journal Science reports that animals are trying to avoid human activity by turning nocturnal. This can be viewed as path for animals to coexist with humans. However, it has negative sides such as mismatch between animal traits and environment, disruption to foraging behaviour, vulnerability to predators and competition.
