A second wave of floods have hit the state of Assam in which close to 90,000 people have been affected badly. The floods have affected 153 villagers in six districts. The floods, which have hit the state since last month, have affected around 10.99 lakh people. 41 people have lost their lives due to the floods which is unabated since June 13.
