Yamuna water level has started receding after threat

The Yamuna River, which rose to its highest level in the last five years, has starting receding. The level had dropped below danger level to 204.82 meters on Wednesday afternoon and is expected to further recede.  Earlier, as many as 13,915 people had been shifted to safer areas due to impending threat. Some people have started returning to their homes.
