Mangalore, the coastal region of Karnataka is returning to normalcy after three days continuous downpour that submerged the region. Sources said Mangalore city witnessed ‘unforeseen’ rainfall, flooding roads, damaging shops and houses. The Centre is sending additional teams of NDRF to assist the local in handling rescue and relief operations.
