The India Meteorological Department has warned Parts of 14 states, including UP, Bihar, Maharashtra and Bengal of thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds and lightning. It also predicted about very likely heavy rains at isolated places coastal Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. In the latest instants dust storm claimed 17 lives and left 11 people injured.
