Hawaii has officially become the first state in the US to ban the use of incredibly toxic pesticide called chlorpyrifos. The pesticide has been associated with learning disabilities in children. Even sea creatures were reported to be dying due to pesticides. The bill bans the use of chlorpyrifos by January and permanently banned after that.
