Dust storms and thunderstorms wreaked havoc in Delhi, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh killing at least 41 people and leaving behind a trail of destruction. At least 18 people dead in UP, said officials.  At several places in north India including Delhi, high-velocity winds uprooted trees and affected road, rail and air services.
