A high-velocity dust storm hit the national capital Delhi, with a wind speed of 70km per hours.  Earlier, the Delhi Govt had ordered to close all evening schools and put search and rescue teams on standby in the wake of the meteorological department issuing a warning of heavy rain and thunderstorm. The Delhi Metro also has taken extreme caution.
