Roshni Nadar Malhotra, the only child of HCL’s founder Shiv Nadar, is the Executive Director and the CEO of HCL Enterprise. She grew up in Delhi and studied in Vasant Valley School, graduating from Northwestern University and majoring in Communication with a focus on Radio/TV/Film.

Graduating with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Social Enterprise Management and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, she joined her father’s company. Before that, she was elevated as the executive director and CEO of HCL Corporation. Before joining as the CEO of the HCL Corporation, she had been serving as the trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which runs the not-for-profit Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering in Chennai.

 

 

 

 

 

She had also been involved in brand building across the HCL Group and a trained classical musician. She got married in 2010 to Shikhar Malhotra who is the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare and they have 2 sons Armaan and Jahaan. Roshni was ranked 57th on the Forbes World's 100 Most Powerful Women list and has received the NDTV Young philanthropist of the Year in 2014 and Vogue India Philanthropist of the Year in 2017.
