Trichy Corporation organised a 2-day Solid Waste Management exhibition, which has set a platform for its residents to know about the environment-friendly options for recycling waste. The exhibition showcased cloth bags and utensils made of coconut shells, an alternative to their plastic counterparts. It was opened on Saturday and has 40 stalls.
