Singapore mourns for the world’s first tropical polar bear

Singaporeans mourned for ‘Inuka’ the first polar bear that was born and bred in the Singapore zoo. The 27-year-old icon was put down by wildlife authorities due to age related health issues. The social media was filled with requests to let him die naturally. The zoo will no longer has polar bears as activists feel they left in their natural space.
