Author Sreemoyee Piu Kundu has written a book detailing the experiences of single women of India who have a tough time. ‘Status Single’ deals with experiences of divorcees, single moms, transgenders, widows and singletons who recounted their experiences in a patriarchal society. Celebrities graced the occasion of the launch of the book in Mumbai.
