Delhi received heavy rains, causing traffic jams in some areas. It recorded a maximum temperature of 31.9 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature was 26.3 degree Celsius. A Met department official said that the temperatures were normal for this time of the year. The Palam Observatory recorded 17.7 mm rainfall. Heavy rains predicted tomorrow.
