The Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein is reported to have plans to surrender before authorities on charges of sexual misconduct today. Over 70 women have accused him of sexual harassment, including rape. He denied all allegations of non-consensual sex. He will be charged with first-degree rape in one case besides a first-degree criminal sex.
