Body heat may reveal passwords to hackers

A study by researchers from the University of California finds that hackers can use the heat left by your fingers on the keypad to steal passwords. Someone with a midrange thermal camera can detect keys pressed on a keyboard. They have named this type of attack as ‘Thermanators’ and can be used to gain access to text, codes and banking pins.
