A new study has found that spending time benefits amidst nature has immense health benefits. It found green spaces reduce risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, premature death, preterm birth, stress and high BP. Populations who are more exposed to green spaces or open, undeveloped land, tend to report good overall health.
