Aishwarya Rai Bachchan celebrates her 45th birthday today. She met Abhishek Bachchan on the sets of Dhai Akshar Prem Ke. They grew closer during the “Kajra Re” song from Bunty Aur Babli. After doing the movie Guru, he proposed to her on the balcony of a hotel in New York and she said “yes.” They got engaged in Jan 2007 and tied the knot in April.
