Women’s cricket team gets an interim coach

BCCI has put the former Indian off-spinner Ramesh Powar in charge of the Indian women’s team till they find a replacement for Tushar Arothe. He will be involved in planning with Biju George assisting him. BCCI has initiated the selection process to identify a new coach.  Meanwhile, the team is conducting a camp in Bengaluru from Jul 25 to Aug 3.
