Women take on plastic with cloth bags

A 5-day workshop was conducted, to help underprivileged women make cloth bags, has strengthened the war against plastic. The workshop was a joint venture of the Rotary Club Seven Hills Dharwad, Nature First Eco Village and Dharwad Bonds aiming to make low cost cloth bags to replace plastic carry bags. Around 25 women made 1000 cloth bags.
