Calcium and Vitamin D are vital for building healthy bones. Not everyone knows Calcium can be absorbed by the body when Vitamin D is present. According to guidelines, framed by American Academy of Paediatrics, it is recommended that infants under 12 months get 400 international units of Vitamin D daily. Sunlight is the most natural form of Vitamin D.
