VR headsets distract kids from needle phobia

Virtual headsets have been found to distract children from the fear, anxiety and pain of getting a vaccination, as per a new study. Most children have a phobia for needles and this anxiety cause delay in scheduled visits to doctors for vaccines. Research theorize humans have limited capacity for attention and painful stimulus is made less severe.
