UN says Pak terror outfits use children in clashes in J&K

The UN Secretary General on Children and Armed Conflict report has asserted that Pakistan based banned terror outfits JeM and Hizbul Mujahideen have used children in J&K during clashes with security forces in 2017. Over 10,000 children were killed or maimed globally in conflict while more than 8,000 were recruited or used as combatants, it said.
