Three daughters of a rickshaw-puller and a mentally unstable mother were found dead in Delhi. Postmortem reports reveal that the girls aged 8, 4 and 2 starved to death. The family had been living on borrowed rice and water for days before shifting to their present shanty. Their father had left to find a job. A magisterial probe has been ordered.
