Our body needs hydrating especially in the summer. Emily Abbate was told to drink more water by scientists at the Gatorade sports Science Institute as she sweats a lot. So she drank 100oz.(3L) of water daily for a week. The effects this caused to her body were amazing. Her skin cleared up, she felt less bloated and she craved less coffee.
