Talent shortage may hit major APAC economies by 2030: Study

According to Korn Ferry research, Asia Pacific faces a dearth in labour and if not addressed will have a significant impact on the economies by 2030. Talent shortage can only be overcome by combining technology along with workers having right skill sets. However, among the 20 nations studied, India is the only economy that has surplus talent.
