Study says use of antioxidants do not relieve muscle pain

Study has found that use of antioxidants through food do not relieve muscle pain after exercises. Data from 1089 participants from ages 16-55 were analysed. It suggests avoiding antioxidants use for recovery that damages cells and tissues, creating oxidative stress. Berries, dark chocolates, kidney beans etc. are used as antioxidant supplements.
