Start your day early to keep depression at bay

A study published in the in the Journal of Psychiatric Research finds that waking up early may minimise depression. A target group of 32,000 female nurses their sleep preferences and patterns were studied. The late sleepers often experienced mood disorders, were likely to live alone or take up smoking and also were at 6% higher risk of depression.
