SIT urges court to reject Amit Shah’s statement on 2002 riot

The SC-appointed-Special Investigation Team urged a special court to discard the BJP chief Amit Shah’s statement on Naroda Gam massacre case. The SIT argued that Shah’s statement on the post 2002 Godhra riots was irrelevant, and might be done merely to support the key accused, former BJP minister Maya Kodnani in the case.
