Scientists try IVF to save near-extinct white rhino

Scientists claimed that they have succeeded in developing hybrid embryos from the sperm of endangered northern white rhinoceroses in the laboratory. They expect that it could help to save the mammal from extinction. The hybrid embryos have now been frozen for finding a surrogate southern white rhino females to carry them to term.
