Scientists create immunobiotic drug to kill deadly bacteria

Scientists at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania have developed “immunobiotic” drug that could eliminate antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The drug has been created merging existing antibiotic with a molecule that attacks antibodies unleashed by the immune system to fight bacteria, responsible for diseases such as pneumonia and food poisoning.
