Saudi Aramco, world’s biggest oil extracting and refining company, for the first time has included a woman in its 11-member board. The appointment of Lynn Laverty Elsenhans, an US oil executive, is a part of the Govt’s target to increase female participation in the workforce from 22% to 30% by 2030.
