Saudi Arabian women can drive legally from June 24

Women in Saudi Arabia can drive legally from June 24 for the first time as the country has cleared off all issues. Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, the interior minister said that lifting the driving ban on women could reduce the number of accidents, which are higher in the country. The Traffic Directorate last week started issuing licenses to women.
