‘Pathbreakers: The Twentieth Century Muslim Women of India’, a colloquium organised by the Muslim Women’s Forum (MWF), reclaims narratives of Muslim women who were nationalists and feminists. They followed Islam in its liberal spirit and defied patriarchy. The exhibition shows their contributions in literature, politics, education and social work.
