Processed eggshells fortifies food and snacks

Scientists from University of Agricultural Sciences says that processed eggshells increase the nutrient value of chapatis and snacks. The study finds that a tsp of the powder fortifies the food and increases the bone mineral density in our body. The eggshell is usually discarded as kitchen waste and this powdering process can only be done in labs.
