P&G announces initiatives to support women in Ad field

The world’s biggest advertiser P&G is planning to equalise its workforce by hiring women directors for at least half of its product commercials by 2023. Its chief brand officer Marc Pritchard feels that it is equality that drives growth. He said that equality in economic empowerment between women and men could add 28 trillion to world economy.
