‘Not revolution but reform to keep judiciary serviceable’

Highlighting the key roles of judiciary and journalism, senior SC judge Ranjan Gogoi said a revolution, not reform is needed to keep the judiciary serviceable. He asserted that the judiciary would have to be more pro-active and on the front foot. He termed independent journalists and noisy judges as the first line of defence for democracy.
