North Korean children lack nutrition, water, medicines: UN

The UN Undersecretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Mark Lowcock said about a fifth all North Korean children are enduring malnutrition, drinking water and a shortage of medicines. He said it has much progressed in the last 20 years but significant humanitarian challenges remain. The UN is trying to raise $111 million for North Korea.
