Neelakurinji flowers turn Munnar blue

After 12 years, Munnar is gearing up to turn blue for the Kurinji season. The beautiful hills of Munnar will attract people from all over the world for the blooming of the ‘Neelakurinji’ flowers during Jul and October. Around 8 lakh visitors are expected to arrive during these months. The flowers were last seen to bloom in 2006.
