NCPCR launches cell to help women fleeing from abroad

India should not become a signatory of the Hague Convention because it does not want to send children back to the foreign fathers and women apprehended, said Union Minister Maneka Gandhi. She said NCPCR has launched a cell to register complaint to find solution for women who have fled from abroad with their child to escape domestic violence.
