More than 8 hours sleep daily can lead to early death

A new study has found people who sleep more than 8 hours daily of having a higher risk of early death from heart diseases and strokes than those who slept less than 7 hours. The researchers found excessive sleep as a marker for poor health. One explanation found was getting too little exercise and raising their heart problems risk.
