Dehydration can be countered by consuming flavored water and water based foods. A yellow colored urine means you are not drinking enough water. Substitute water with other fluids like buttermilk, coconut water, plain milk, or soup. Take a bottle of water to work or while travelling. Various vegetables and fruits also have high water content.
