Man on dialysis for 21 years: kidney patients’ saviour

Kamal Shah, co-founder of the dialysis service provider ‘Nephroplus’, had Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome and needed a kidney transplant, which couldn’t be performed and he underwent Peritoneal Dialysis. This prompted him to start Nephroplus with 140 centres now, in March 2010 enabling patients to lead normal lives despite their condition.
