Women are more likely to get Alzheimer’s than men due to a dip in estrogen, a hormone that protects the body. While the pros and cons of Hormone Replacement Therapy are debated including foods such as flaxseed, soy, legumes, sesame seeds, oats, apricots and cruciferous vegetables in their whole form and changing lifestyle could prevent Alzheimer’s.
