Lose weight by staying away from midnight snack

Researchers have found that avoiding a late night snack and an early breakfast is a key to losing weight. People may gain less weight despite a high fat diet, if they are able to eat only half of the day. It has been observed earlier that midnight snacking can cause obesity.  Eating with a 12 hour window can regulate signals that control appetite.
