Jupiter's moon Ganymede may have a magnetic environment
Beeps By www.gobeyondpink.com | May 02 2018

NASA’s Galileo aircraft that has orbited Jupiter for 8 years has revealed a plasma exchange between the planet and its moon Ganymede. The occurrence was due to an explosive magnetic event between their magnetic environments. This is first time a magnetosphere has been identified in a moon and maybe an explanation for bright auroras of Ganymede.
