Infants fed solid foods have lesser sleep problems

Infants who have been introduced to solid foods have lesser sleep problems when compared to those who are breastfed. Researchers found babies who were fed solid foods slept longer and woke less frequently at night and suffered fewer serious sleep problems than those who were exclusively breastfed for the 1st six months of their life.
